La Ley del Silbato, el mejor anecdotario de árbitros

Esta mañana fue presentado en la sede del colegio madrileño de árbitros el libro 'La ley del Silbato', escrito por el periodista deportivo Miguel Ángel Álvaro, publicado por la editorial Titano Ediciones.

El evento fue presentado por el ex asistente internacional, Rafael Guerrero Alonso y por el vicepresidente de la Federación de Fútbol de Madrid Casildo Caricol Porro.
A la presentación asistieron numerosos árbitros como los colegiados de Primera división Carlos Velasco Carballo y Carlos del Cerro Grande, los asistentes Juan Carlos Yuste, Marcos Álvarez y el árbitro de Segunda José Luis Lesma López. El ex árbitro Carlos Megía Dávila, delegado arbitral del Real Madrid, también estuvo presente en la sede los árbitros madrileños

Miguel Angel Alvaro estuvo arropado en la presentación de su libro por su familia y amigos íntimos, así como por sus ex compañeros de Marca Antonio Sanz, José Luis Alonso Castilla, José Félix Díaz, Carlos González, Enrique Márín, Pablo Brotóns, Pablo Polo, Gerardo Riquelme, José Luis Hurtado, José Luis Martínez, Carlos Manuel Sánchez, Emilio Contreras, Alberto Romero Barbero y Luis Villarejo. También asistió Isaac Fouto, redactor de Cope que es uno de los periodistas que mejor información arbitral maneja junto al propio Miguel Angel Álvaro. También acudió el todoterreno Chema del Olmo de Onda Cero, así como Menotinto de Marca TV. Y Perfecto González de Nike tampoco se lo quiso perder.

Así define el libro la nota de prensa de la editorial: "‘La ley del Silbato’ nos presenta un sincero recorrido por el mundo arbitral, con vivencias inolvidables de diferentes árbitros y asistentes que rememoran situaciones especiales durante su etapa en el colectivo. El texto permite acercarse a un grupo de hombres y mujeres que aplican el reglamento en el terreno de juego y que se sienten orgullosos de una profesión que ha cambiado sus vidas. El siempre examinado gremio arbitral ocupará un lugar más cercano en el mundo del fútbol tras esta lectura". El prólogo está escrito por Angel María Villar, presidente de la Real Federación Española de Fútbol (RFEF), mientras que el epílogo es de Victoriano Sánchez Arminio, presidente del Comité Técnico de Árbitros (CTA).
